How payment works
- Package fee: Paid online before travel; covers coordination, transfers, escort and interpretation.
- Hospital fees: Paid directly at the hospital by card, cash or international transfer. We never collect or mark up medical fees.
- Cancellation: Full refund more than 7 days before travel; 50% within 7 days; third-party costs already incurred are deducted.
