Scope
Our packages cover: hospital recommendation and appointment coordination, airport or station transfer, hotel check-in assistance, hospital escort, medical interpretation and document translation. They do not cover: medical treatment, medication purchase, visa services or insurance claims.
Payment
Package fees are settled in full before travel. Hospital fees are paid by you directly at the hospital; we never handle, collect or mark up medical fees.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel more than 7 days before travel for a full refund; within 7 days, 50%. Third-party costs actually incurred (hotel, vehicle, interpreter time) are deducted. Cancellation due to a refused visa is refunded in full on production of the refusal notice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate medical information and to follow the hospital's scheduling. Consequences of withheld history or falsified records rest with you.
Force majeure
Where events beyond our control (natural disaster, epidemic, policy change, flight cancellation) prevent performance, we assist with rescheduling and settle incurred costs as they stand.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the package fee received. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, hospital conduct or third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
