The name, email, phone, country, condition and message you submit voluntarily via our form or by email. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or build cross-site behaviour profiles.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, assess whether your case suits treatment in China, and arrange coordination. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How medical information is protected
Medical information is sensitive personal data. We share it only to the extent necessary with the prospective treating hospital and the coordinator delivering the service, under confidentiality obligations. We never sell it.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Records relating to services actually delivered are retained as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets only a necessary language-preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE). No advertising or analytics cookies.
International transfer
Delivering the service may involve transferring information to our coordination team in China. Submitting the form indicates your awareness of and consent to that transfer.
